"A very sad experience which spoilt the family's weekend outing. Today this place specialises in saying - "Not Available". A simple item like Masala Dosa , very much on the menu, was not being served. Onion rawa dosa - No, Hyderabadi Chap with rumali roti - No, Aloo kulcha with dal - No. Even the staff at the billing counter was not courteous at all & displayed a couldn't care less attitude, which was equally hurting, if not more. Won't like to visit this outlet ever again , just to ensure that I only visit places which respect their customers, their time and their own reputation."

"I tried the chole bhature and tikki...chole bhature was good amm tikki was a little sweet and full of dahi. I don't like that much but the taste is ok . Also tried the kesar Rajbagh which was tasty. The environment was quiet and good to go. Overall a good experience"

"I ordered a variety of items from Bikanerwala, including 6 paneer cutlets, 6 veg cutlets, 4 samosas, 500g of Kaju Katli, 1kg of Dhokla, and a few other items. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The paneer cutlets had a terrible smell and tasted awful. It was a complete waste of money, and I never expected such low-quality food from a reputable brand like Bikanerwala. I hope they take this feedback seriously and ensure better food quality in the future to avoid disappointing loyal customers."
